The above position forms a very convenient highway, railway and waterway transportation condition around the shipyard.

This company was organized in October of 2004 with the former name Yizheng Changrun Shipyard. And we made the jointed venture with Hong Kong Lucky Hero Investments Limited Corporation in October of 2006 and organized this joint enterprise Yangzhou Changrun Yunhao Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. We are specialized in the design of special vessel and high performance vessel, the repairing and shipbuilding, the making of steel construction, and we also sell the products made by ourself as well as the after-service work.

This company covers an area of more than 146, 000 sq. M., and covers the Yangtze River′s length of 220m and the water depth is more than 13m all over the year, this develops a favorable water condition for shipbuilding, ship-repairing, lunching, delivery and so on.

We invested 80 million RMB and we have constructed the following basic construction equipments. We have constructed one 44m*230m cement ship berth bearing 20, 000dwt, the berth is equipped with one 40dwt gantry crane, we also own a 38m*230m sandstone ship berth and we plan to constructed it to a 30, 000dwt cement ship berth also we plan to equip a 40dwt gantry crane.

Our Company has built one Hull Shop with the size 36m*60m, and twelve vehicles separately bearing 5dwt and 10dwt have been matched also.

Our company owns a production field for small fitting and assembly measuring 42m*150m and a 40m*360m blocks production field for blocks production. We have also equipped eight gantry cranes of 10dwt and 20dwt.

The company owns the 500dwt oil press machine, numerical control flame cutting machine, plasma cutting machine, 12m edge planer, plate-cutting machine, plate-bending machine etc. Processing equipments. In addition, the company has hundreds of carbon dioxide, argon arc welding, and automatic welding equipments etc.

The company has the steel pretreated production lines, the coating equipments, the 100dwt block-transportation vehicle and the distributing substation.

The main management personnel of the company all have the undergraduate diplomas or above and have the Engineer title and above, our main technical and management staff all have gone through decades or twenty or more above years′ shipbuilding experience. They are a high-effective team with abundant shipbuilding experience.

We have a sane arrangement for production field, the material flowing is very fluid. The procedure of design, the production, and the management is integrated and the procedure of hull building, the outfitting and the coating are also integrate. We have constructed large passels of European barges, 5000dwt bulk cargo carrier etc.

Our company keeps good relationship with the classification society CCS, ABS, BV, GL and so on.
